Let me introduce myself. My name is Joseph H. Dawson and my friends call me “Dr. Gem®”. You may not have heard of my name, but most of America knows of my Child Protection Amendment, a.k.a. “Jessica’s Petition”. My wife and I own a fine jewelry store next to the Homosassa Church of God. Our town is so small; most maps don’t show our location. Yet, people know where Homosassa is located because another convicted child sexual offender abducted, raped, and buried alive a beautiful 9-year old girl.

Inspired by God on March 19, 2005, I authored the now famous petition that was carried across America. A lot has happened since then. God has opened many doors, and the State of Florida now has the toughest laws on the books for child sexual offenders and predators. We’re going to close every loophole in the law.

The goal of the Child Protection Coalition is to make EVERY child safe in America from sexual predators. My mission in Florida was totally funded out of our personal savings. We did not solicit any monies from anyone and, in fact, closed our business for two full months to accomplish our task in Florida.

Petitions are currently circulating in ALL 50 states along with our National Child Amendment petitions, but I find I cannot fund these projects myself.

Your sponsorship could save another child’s life and help me stamp out child predation. In my quest to save our children, I have uncovered several new GPS technologies that could save thousands of lives. Your sponsorship, along with others, could generate a national media campaign, and we could inform the public of these life saving devices. We now have our own theme song entitled “Sacred Mission”.
